Cignet, LLC is a diversified holding company which owns a portfolio of four manufacturing companies (collectively, the "Cignet Companies") in two industry groups, plastics and electronics, operating in the U.S. and Mexico, and Eastern Europe.

Cignet operates two plastic companies: Glastic Molding, LLC in Clinton Township, Michigan and Mexico City, Mexico and Plast-O-Foam in Clinton Township, Michigan. These plastics companies specialize in low-volume production for a variety of automotive and consumer products companies.

Cignet also operates two electronics companies: Flight Systems Electronics Group in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania and Flight Systems Europe in the Czech Republic. These electronics companies specialize in electronics manufacturing and remanufacturing across a variety of industries.
